Recuity is an all-in-one Rental Property Management System designed to streamline the renting experience for administrators, landlords, and tenants. Built with Laravel, Tailwind CSS, MySQL, and Pusher, the platform handles everything from dynamic property attributes and lease agreement lifecycles to deposit tracking and instant real-time messaging.
Managing rental properties across hundreds of units involved fragmented communications, paper lease agreements, lost deposit records, and delayed tenant maintenance inquiries.
FronzaTech engineered a triple-portal architecture (SuperAdmin, Landlord, Tenant) with unified leasing lifecycle management, dynamic property attribute builders, digital PDF lease signing, and instantaneous real-time messaging via WebSockets.
Built using Laravel MVC architecture with a normalized MySQL database schema. Utilized Pusher WebSockets for instant chat notifications, automated cron queues for lease renewal reminders, and PDF generation engines for formal agreement downloads.
